By using this website or submitting an application through it, you accept these terms. If you are applying on behalf of an institute, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the institute accepts these terms.

You are responsible for the truth and completeness of everything you submit. The verification visit exists to confirm that what was declared matches what exists at the premises. Information found to be false or materially misleading may result in the application being refused, or an existing registration being suspended or cancelled.

Submitting an application and paying the fee does not entitle an institute to affiliation or registration. Each application is decided by the Board on its merits, after document review and a verification visit.

Fees are payable in advance by bank challan and must be deposited into the Board's account named on the challan. A challan is valid for seven days from issue; an expired challan can be replaced without affecting your application. The Board bears the cost of the verification visit — you are not charged for it.

The Board's position on refunds where an application is withdrawn or refused is set out in the fee schedule in force at the time of application.

Trade names, course codes and qualification levels shown on this website are reproduced from the national register. The Board does not alter them. Where a code shown here differs from the national register, the national register prevails.

Certificates issued by the Board remain the Board's document and may be verified through this website. Reproducing, altering or issuing a document so as to suggest it was issued by the Board is a serious matter and may be reported to the authorities.

An affiliated institute may not issue its own certificates to trainees for programmes examined by the Board. This undertaking is given in the affidavit submitted with the application.

The Board may suspend or cancel an affiliation or registration where the conditions on which it was granted are no longer met, where information given was false, or where the institute fails to renew. The institute will be told the reason and given an opportunity to respond.

The Board aims to keep this website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be unavailable during maintenance. Where a deadline falls while the website is unavailable, the Board will not treat an applicant as having missed it for that reason.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts at Islamabad have jurisdiction.
